Natalia Ebersole, Founder of Veritas Law, PC

I am the founder of Veritas Law, PC, a Redding-based law firm serving clients across business law, municipal and special district law, and energy law for public agencies. My work includes contracts, entity formation and governance, transactions, and general business counsel, alongside the full range of legal matters that municipalities and special districts encounter.

My academic path began with a law degree and a B.A. in Psychology, earned with Honors, in Russia. I went on to complete a diploma in international trade relationships in Madrid, followed by an MBA in Moscow, and later an LL.M. from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. I am admitted to the California bar and fluent in English and Russian.

Before founding Veritas Law, I spent over 20 years in international corporate and transactional work in Russia and Europe, and in public service as Deputy County Counsel for Shasta County, Assistant City Attorney and Interim City Attorney for the City of Redding, and in-house counsel for Redding Electric Utility.

At Veritas Law, I serve as outside general counsel for businesses and organizations, and I work closely with municipalities and special districts on the legal matters they navigate day to day.
