How many of us know someone who's struggling with addiction, mental health challenges, or simply feels stuck in life?

That's exactly why I started Resilient Soul Wellness LLC.

My name is Pauly Miranda. I'm a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II and Qualified Mental Health Specialist. I provide individualized recovery support, mental wellness life coaching, family and couples coaching, and parenting support as a Triple P Level 3 Certified Practitioner, helping parents of children ages 1 to 12 build stronger, healthier family relationships through Positive Parenting program.

Our team is continuing to grow. We have a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology based in the Sacramento area who provides fitness coaching and offers free spiritual counseling by phone. We also have a registered substance use counselor and youth advocate who is expanding our Sunday availability.

We're proud to partner with FaithWorks to provide recovery Zoom groups. Eligible clients who need one-on-one coaching can also receive funding through FaithWorks, helping eliminate the financial barrier to receiving support.

We offer free consultation and complimentary intake to help people take that first step. Our signature 8- to 12-week Resilient Foundations Program provides individualized coaching, accountability, practical life skills, and a certificate of completion, with the option to continue services afterward.

I'm especially looking to connect with anyone who knows someone leaving treatment, involved with probation or parole, needing support between therapy sessions, or families looking for guidance for a loved one. We also provide confidential support for professionals—such as healthcare workers, first responders, attorneys, business owners, and others—who want help but prefer a private alternative to traditional treatment or public recovery meetings.
