The funding we have secured on behalf of our projects has been used to revitalize downtown Redding through the building of affordable units, retail space, new streets, alleys, and other infrastructure. Our Market Center project in Downtown Redding was awarded the prestigious Project of the Year award by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in 2022.
