I am Primary Partner and Co-Owner of a Filipino food truck along with my step-son, John John Velasco. We serve traditional Filipino food, and have a portion of our menu devoted to fusion food. All our food is freshly grilled on the inside and must be ordered from our window. We are literally a restaurant on wheels. We have a new permanent location in the northwest corner of Athens Avenue & Cypress Avenue, opposite Crown Motors. It's always best to obtain our current days and hours of operation on our Facebook page. We update our page daily as to any changes in our work schedule. When we are not at our permanent location, we are either closed due to inclement weather, enjoying a day off, vacation, catering an event or other reason(s), but we always try our best to keep our Facebook page updated to these changes.
