About the Role
As a Career Advisor, you’ll guide job seekers through every step of their employment journey. From assessing skills and creating career plans to connecting clients with training, resources, and local employers—you’ll play a key role in helping people achieve their career goals while strengthening our regional workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Support adults, dislocated workers, and justice-involved job seekers with career planning and resources.

• Build strong partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and training providers.

• Provide case management, workshops, and individualized support services.

• Maintain accurate documentation and track client progress to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of job search strategies, community resources, and workforce development programs preferred.

• Experience in human services, workforce development, or related fields a plus.

Compensation
$17.85 – $30.17 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
