Join us for one or all of the following sessions where you will learn the basics of using the online version of QuickBooks. From setting up your account for the first time to learning how to run reports.
Session 1 - Thursday 5th, 5:30pm-7:30pm - Accounting 101 & Getting started with QuickBooks Online
Topics will cover the basics of accounting, which QuickBooks version is best for your business, and setting up your company and chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.
Session 2 - Friday 6th, 5:30pm-7:30pm - Setting up items and Creating Forms in QuickBooks Online
Topics will cover: Setting up items , using purchasing orders, customizing invoices, creating other forms, and syncing bank accounts.
Session 3 - Saturday 7th, 10:00am-12:00pm - Accounts Receivables
Topics will cover: Setting up online bank feeds, creating estimates and invoices, sales receipts, receiving payments, and managing accounts payable reports.
Session 4 - Saturday 7th, 1:00pm-3:00pm - Accounts Payable, Banking Reconciliations, and Reports
Topics will cover: Undeposited funds, entering expenses and bills, paying bills, managing reports, Profit & Loss sheet, and Balance Sheet.

Should I purchase QuickBooks Online? If you do not already have QuickBooks Online installed, there is a trial version you can follow along with. We recommend that you do not pay for a QuickBooks version until you are sure that is the right one for your business. Rebecca will go over the different versions in Session 1.
