Gain the confidence and the skills to set priorities and follow through with them.  Too often people say yes, when they want to say no and this leads to stress and being overextended or exhausted.  Health, well-being and relationships suffer, and productivity eventually declines.  Learning to communicate no with respect is an intuitive art and a practice.
