Walk AT Work Day

Celebrate Walk AT Work Day with a walk downtown during your lunch hour.  Walk AT Work Day is a day to encourage employers and employees to include physical activity as part of a healthy worksite, which can include walking meetings and walking during breaks or lunch.

Healthy Shasta is hosting a special lunch time walk in Redding's Downtown Cultural District.  Co-sponsors of the event include Shasta Historical Society, Viva Downtown, and the Redding Chamber of Commerce.
