The State of the City is a ticketed, sell out event that has taken place annually for more than 30 years. This year, we are pleased to announce that the event will be streamed LIVE from the Civic Auditorium and be made available to the community at no cost!

Virtual Event streamed via Facebook Live
Valerie Washburn
The Redding Chamber of Commerce will host the event and Mayor, Adam McElvain will deliver the State of the City speech and share about REDDING 2.0! Topics will include the city budget, positive strides in public safety, economic reporting, and local priorities and projects.
We will also hear from Chamber President & CEO, Jake Mangas about the Chamber's efforts on behalf of local businesses throughout the pandemic, and hear updates about the Redding City Identity Project *including* the launch of an exciting new project that involves all of YOU.
*IMPORTANT*
Although the event will be live streamed, we are still asking those that would like to view the event to register through this page. We will then be able to ensure able to ensure that you receive information about how to watch.
Not unlike many other local organizations, the Chamber has lost a significant amount of event revenue this year. Therefore, we would like to give the businesses and residents that normally attend State of the City, as well as members of the community as a whole, an opportunity to support the mission of the Chamber by purchasing a "virtual ticket".
Register and make a donation by clicking the button above.
If you do not wish to make a donation to the Chamber, select a virtual ticket in the amount of $0.00.
We look forward to a wonderful Virtual State of the City! Date and Time
