Outside the Box HR

What if HR thought outside the box in more areas? Could we change how or who we hire? Could we hire amazing people, open ourselves up for more talent, and broaden our scope? Our HR world is continually changing and evolving because people are continually changing and evolving, and we have to be ready and willing to acknowledge the change and find new ways to do our HR jobs successfully.
