Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Sexual Harassment Prevention Training is now required for ALL employees if your business employs five or more. This new deadline in which this training must be completed is now January 1, 2021. However, you must still prepare for training for the following:

• New employees hired 1/1/20 and onward must receive training within six months
• New supervisors hired/promoted 1/1/20 and after must receive training within six months
• Seasonal/Temporary employees working less than six months must receive training the earlier of 100 hours of work or 30 days.

Training is one hour for employees and two hours for supervisors, managers, and owners. By signing up for this training through the Redding Chamber of Commerce, you will be able to take advantage of O2 Employment Services' group discount. Local experts, Jennifer Thomas and Terri Beaudette of O2 Employment will be hosting the training which is $35 / person for Chamber member businesses and $45 / person for non-member businesses.
