Become PCQI Certified! The Center for Economic Development (CED) at CSU, Chico,with funding from the California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC), will host a low-cost Preventive Controls Qualified Individual Training (PCQI) led by the Safe Food Alliance. The PCQI training is part of a new set of Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements for food and beverage manufacturers, and will be a requirement for most food and beverage manufacturers by September 2019. Attendees will receive a certificate of completion after the training. Cost to attend the 2 1/2-day event is $150 (Regularly $700!)
