North State Giving Tuesday powered by Shasta Regional Community Foundation returns this year on Tuesday, December 3rd from 6 am to 8 pm. It is an online networking and giving challenge to financially support participating nonprofit organizations in Shasta, Siskiyou and Tehama counties.
