Morgan is a Consultant with Avion and Butte College The Training Place. She provides organizations with talent strategies that are focused on elevating and retaining individuals, empowering and engaging teams, and partnering with clients in the design, development, and implementation of award-winning leadership development initiatives.

Morgan began her career in psychology before transitioning into the field of corporate organization & talent development where she has held multiple roles, including senior leadership positions. She has worked with a variety of industries such as technology services, defense agencies, financial services, non-profits, professional employer organizations, hospitality, higher education, manufacturing, and professional services.

Morgan has a Master’s in Instructional Systems Design from the University of Central Florida, a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of South Florida, and holds professional certifications in learning program facilitation, course design, human resources, lean/six sigma, leadership consulting, and coaching.
