I-9 Completion Training and E-Verify Information

Federal law requires that every employer who recruits, refers for a fee, or hires an individual for employment in the U.S. to complete the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. The Form I-9, will help you verify your employee’s identity and employment authorization to work in the U.S. Employers are required to complete the most up-to-date form. During this presentation a management and program analyst from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will review the Form I-9 process, highlight the changes to the form, demonstrate how to complete each section, and address retention and storage.
