Keith is the founder and Principal at Employment Practices Outsourcing, LLC, a national consultancy focused on conducting workplace investigations, delivering Respectful Workplace (harassment prevention) training, providing employee and labor relations support, HR transformation, and general HR advisory.  He also partners closely with CEOs and business leaders to design or restructure their organizations' people functions to be strategically aligned with their business drivers. His unique background practicing labor and employment law with leading national law firms on both coasts and serving as a top human resources executive in numerous industries enables me to view client challenges and solutions with a different and more holistic perspective.  His passion is building and maintaining a "Respectful Workplace" platform through practical leadership education, clear and consistent communication, and creating a workplace culture built on the guiding principles of Respect, Trust, Honesty and Empathy. Specialties include workplace investigations, harassment prevention training, employee relations, labor relations, HR and labor due diligence for corporate transactions, HR transformation/org design, leadership development and training, and interim HR leadership.
